• Q1: When in the White Crane spreading its wings stance , what are the essential points to check so that you develop the correct stance and what you should feel when staying in the stance? (Pete Hornby)
• Q2: What is the special feature of Chen Style Tai Chi Taijiquan? 腾 Teng, 闪 Shan, 折 Zhe, 空 Kong, 活 Huo
