All prospective instructors should learn all Form and Exercises through the videos libraries hosted in the Members area according to the level you are applying for. As you are a Gold member so you can visit all members area to watch the online video libraries at your own convenience and practice at home. At the same time you should join Zoom and VIP channels to gain live corrections and guidance toward to your own progress and improvement.
